ANS partnered with Oldham’s largest social landlord, First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) to support its agile working and customer service initiatives.
ANS support the organisation’s strategy of providing online customer self-service systems for key interactions including applying for a house, logging repair requests and checking rent balances.
It has also increased flexibility for employees by allowing them to access this information from anywhere on any device linked to the corporate network.
Head of ICT at First Choice Homes Oldham Stephen Repton sat down with Andy Barrow to discuss how their partnership with ANS has improved the way in which they work and the level of customer service they can offer.
