ANS are thrilled to announce they have been named the 7th best company to work for in the UK at the Sunday Times Best Companies Awards 2017 at Battersea Evolution, London. Having placed at 82nd position last year, the leading Cloud Service Provider is delighted to have jumped an incredible 75 places up the list. ANS also scooped up the maximum 3-star accreditation at the ceremony which rates the organisation as ‘extraordinary’.

Paul Shannon, CEO at ANS said of the incredible achievement:
“We’re absolutely thrilled! What makes this ranking particularly gratifying is that we sent out the Best Company’s survey to every single employee in the business, making this a genuine reflection of staff satisfaction.

While we have introduced new perks over the last 12 months, I think our extremely high positioning in the list is a direct result of listening to our employees and acting on their feedback. Last year we launched our own anonymous internal survey to really get to the crux of what our employees thought about working at ANS. We listened to each and every one of our employees’ feedback and suggestions and took immediate action to implement changes. We also encouraged staff to leave comments on Glassdoor, whether positive or negative, to find out how we could take action to ensure everyone felt appreciated and respected throughout the business.”

To jump up 75 places in the space of 12 months is incredible and I can’t wait to see where we go from here. The future for ANS is extremely bright and we can’t wait to harness the opportunity to grow and flourish as one of the best and more rewarding companies to work for in the UK.”

The Best Companies accreditation focuses on Workplace Engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth. This year will mark the organisations fourth appearance in the country’s most searching and extensive research into employee engagement.
